For the editing of news stories, our experienced video editors work with Avid Newscutter in one of the editing booths here at Headline or on a portable editing set when abroad.
Thanks to our two Airspeeds and our Avid Media Factory system all the editing booths are connected to a central Avid server system, giving the video editors immediate access to Headline’s archive material or EBS/EVN pictures.
When abroad, extra video material can be made available to the editor through Headline’s FTP server. All he needs is an internet connection and password to download the relevant picture material.
For larger projects Headline also has a complete post-production environment with Avid Newscutter Adrenaline software and sound studio available.
Headline supports the following formats: Betacam SX, DVCam, XDCam, DVCPro, P2 HD/SD, Digital Betacam.
