The Headline planning and research department is often described as the heart of the company.
The planning team takes care of the daily planning of the crews, they book the flights, hire the cars, find you the last room available and locate the closest feedpoint. They will also gladly remind you to pick up your accreditations, even the ones you do not remember applying for.
The Headline research department is there to assist you or your journalist with the content of your reportages.
Specialised in European affairs, they have a vast experience with a wide knowledge of current affairs. After consulting the primary sources, they start working on the outline of the story, they gather relevant contacts and finally they arrange the interviews. All this of course within the requested deadline. Or they can suggest interesting stories and work out a complete reportage, ready for journalists to be voiced-over.
Besides desktop researching and planning, our team is also qualified and experienced in coordinating and producing the coverage of big events in Brussels and abroad, e.g. the European summits, the presidential elections in France, the Committee of the Regions’ open days, etc.
Our production team can also accompany and assist journalists ‘in the field’ either as assistant producer, fixer or translator.
